Mr. Crockett: Thank you, Don. I propose what we do now is perhaps eat into ten minutes or so of the coffee break, which gives us almost fifteen minutes for observations from the floor. I will try to favor those who have not had a chance to express their views before. With the panel’s permission, I will ask them to reply only if there are very important points so that we have the benefit of as much as possible from the floor.
